How to use:
Snap-up pad around underwear with the black side "bamboo charcoal" / white side "bamboo fibre".
Change your controller if necessary (usually around 4-6 hours) depending on your
flow and your personal choice. However, you will quickly discover the
best timeframe for changes.
The pads are for personal use only and should not be shared with others.
How to wash:
Wash your new towel once or twice before using it.
After use, rinse the tampons in cold water to prevent staining. Then, place them in a damp bag. The tampons do not need to be soaked.
The cloth sanitary napkin is machine washable and dryable, water temperature below 40°C. .
Dry in the tumble dryer or hang in the sun to dry.
Avoid washing towels in public facilities.
