\nThese conditions define the terms and conditions for the return, refund and exchange of products purchased on Expedit Shop.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nBy making a purchase on our site, the customer accepts the conditions described below.\n<\/p>\n\n

1. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

\nIn accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nTo exercise this right, the customer must contact customer service before returning the product.\n<\/p>\n\n

2. Return conditions<\/h2>\n

\nTo be accepted, the product must:\n<\/p>\n

  • To be unused<\/li>\n
  • To be in good condition<\/li>\n
  • Returned in its original packaging (if possible)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    \nAny returned product that is incomplete, damaged or excessively used may be refused or have a deduction made from the refund.\n<\/p>\n\n

    3. Non-returnable products<\/h2>\n

    \nSome products cannot be returned, including:\n<\/p>\n

    • Products opened for hygiene reasons<\/li>\n
    • Items for personal use<\/li>\n
    • Custom products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      4. Return Procedure<\/h2>\n

      \nBefore returning any item, the customer must contact customer service via the "Contact Us" page.\n<\/p>\n\n

      \nThe customer will need to indicate:\n<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Order number<\/li>\n
      • Product concerned<\/li>\n
      • Reason for return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        \nOnce the request is validated, return instructions and the return address will be provided.\n<\/p>\n\n

        \nIn some cases, the return can be made directly to the partner supplier.\n<\/p>\n\n

        5. Return costs<\/h2>\n

        \nReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.\n<\/p>\n\n

        \nIt is recommended to use a tracked shipping service. Expedit Shop cannot be held responsible for lost packages during return shipping.\n<\/p>\n\n

        6. Reimbursement<\/h2>\n

        \nThe refund is issued after receipt and verification of the returned product.\n<\/p>\n\n

        \nThe refund will be issued via the payment method used for the order.\n<\/p>\n\n

        \nRefund processing can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.\n<\/p>\n\n

        \nInitial delivery charges are refunded only if required by applicable law or in the event of an error on our part.\n<\/p>\n\n

        7. Defective or non-conforming products<\/h2>\n

        \nIn the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, the customer must contact customer service upon receipt.\n<\/p>\n\n

        \nA suitable solution will be offered (replacement, refund or other solution).\n<\/p>\n\n

        8. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n

        \nAn order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed or shipped.\n<\/p>\n\n
